We have several levels of assistance throughout our packages. Please note that our package prices are purposefully low so that we can help as many people as possible. Most crypto firms charge thousands for this service, so please follow the process below to help us maintain our package prices and service levels.

KYC and AML
UK policy is clear regarding KYC (Know Your Client) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) legislation. For the Basic HMRC Package you are automatically invited to complete KYC. If you do not complete it or fail verification, then you will be restricted to a purely self-service package. This means you are restricted to the guides, Bitty, and technical support; however, we cannot engage directly with you regarding your individual situation. If you complete KYC/AML, then we can provide higher levels of service. For all other services (apart from the Basic HMRC Package), KYC is mandatory.
